Delivery & Returns Policy

Our packaging is recycled and recycable, and sometimes we use bubble wrap and other packaging that we recycle from our own deliveries.  Our gift set boxes and wood wool are recycled and recyclable as well.  Our aim is to provide you with great quality while placing the planet's needs first.

There is a £15.00 minimum for all deliveries.

UNITED KINGDOM

Your order will be dispatched within 2-3 days and delivered via Standard Shipping depending on your order and location.  Orders over £75 qualify for free delivery.

If you live in NW10, NW6, W11, W12 in London - please email us, we may be able to deliver to you ourselves.

 

EUROPE, ICELAND

European delivery is available depending on your location. We ship UPS International which delivers to most locations.  Because of the nature of our products we ship 24-hour Standard, which usually accounts to 2-3 days from point of purchase, unless we are low on stock and need to produce more.  If that is the case, you will be notified after your order is placed. 

 

Your order may be subject to customs and taxes depending on your country.  We do everything we can to have our paperwork in order so that there in miminal confusion on your end.

 

USA, CANADA, JAPAN, AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND

Returns

​

Products can only be returned if there is a manufacturer defect and the items are unopened.

 

The item must be returned within 7 days of purchase. 

 

To request a refund, please email us and state your reason for requesting a refund.

We will confirm the return address by email.
