Our himalayan salt is packed with naturally occurring minerals and vitamins, an umami blanket of wild mushrooms, organic wild seaweed and a curation of dried herbs, to elevate any dish on your table. 


Sprinkle it on everything, really.  Use it in the same way you would use salt for a marinade or to season a dish while cooking.  Also, use it as a finishing salt as you would Maldon salt.  The difference is our salt is layered with much more flavour and punch and vitamins and minerals.

We handmake our salt in small batches using mineral-rich pink salt sourced from a salt mine at the foot of the Himalayan mountains, which was an enormous seabed 600 million years ago.

Our herbs are sourced from London Farmers markets, a Somerset farm and we grow them in Kensal Rise when possible. We dry and grind them ourselves into a powder for every batch.  We source our wild mushrooms from the south-western forests of Poland, dry them and then grind our Boletus powder fresh for each batch to maintain the integrity of flavour.  We then add organic wild seaweed which is potent with minerals, vitamins and iodine.  Our closing element of soft warmth comes from sun-dried chili flakes and pink peppercorns.
