All the vegetables we use to make our broths are sourced at London farmers markets. The shiitakes are grown in the UK. The seaweeds we use are organic and wild and responsibly cared for and harvested in Ireland. Our black peppercorns, spices, ginger and turmeric are also organic, and the water we use is filtered.
These ingredients combine to make a nutritious ‘liquid gold’ that you can have as a tonic by heating it up, pouring in a mug, and adding a squeeze of lemon, crush of garlic and pinch of salt. Also, add it to your own soups or sauces, have it as the foundation of a delicious ramen (we have a great easy recipe), or use it instead of water when cooking rice or quinoa.
