We take English heritage and biodynamic apples and stew them with organic ginger, cinnamon and lemon peel.
This curated balance is a perfect natural pre-biotic. Pre-biotics are the food necessary for probiotics (our gut microbiome). There have been extensive studies into the gut microbiome in the last decade, and all the evidence points to an intimate relationship between our gut health and immune system strength.
We suggest 2 teapoons a day on an empty stomach, either in the morning or between lunch and dinner. Or during the day as an alternative to a snack.
